1.Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Partners: We work with reliable carriers to ensure your package is handled with care.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

2.International Shipping
NailsPunt currently ships to The Netherlands, Belgium, and throughout Europe and the United States of America. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products.

Condition: Due to hygiene reasons in the beauty industry, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

4.Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

5.Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
